Refund requests may be considered only if submitted before course access has been activated or services have begun.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
Consultation Services
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the scheduled session has taken place.
